Countermeasures for the Acceptance of Resettlement in Water Conservancy and Hydropower Engineering Projects

Abstract：In the new era,the state has been raising the requirements for the resettlement of displaced populations in large-and medium-sized water conservancy and hydropower projects.Currently,due to various reasons,the completion acceptance of resettlement work has been delayed,which in turn has prevented the final acceptance of the projects.To ensure the normal operation of completed projects,it is urgent to accelerate the organization of completion acceptance for existing and eligible projects regarding resettlement.Based on current acceptance regulations and practical experiences in the completion acceptance of resettlement,the constraints and problems faced in conducting acceptance for various types of projects were analyzed in this way.And the targeted countermeasures were proposed,providing references for future completion acceptance of resettlement in large-and medium-sized water conservancy and hydropower projects.
