Calculation of Water Resource Prices in Xinyang City Based on Improved Combination Weighting Method

Abstract：Xinyang City is a city with moderate water scarcity and is in urgent need of sustainable management of water resources.Sixteen relevant indicators were selected to evaluate the value of water resources in Xinyang City,from five criteria levels of resource,society,economy,environment and politics.And the improved subjective and objective comprehensive weighting strategy was adopted to determine the weights of ieach index.The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was used to calculate the value of water resources in Xinyang City from 2018 to 2021.The results showed that the average comprehensive score in the past four years was between 2 and 3,indicating the high value.And it was calculated that the price of water resources in Xinyang City rose from 7.753 5 yuan/m³to 11.637 9 yuan/m³,and the overall value of water resources assets in Xinyang City was also in an upward trend,which provided a reference for the management of water resources in Xinyang City.
