Abstract：China Tower Co.,Ltd.focuses on digital requirements like visual perception,data acquisition,image analysis,and information processing to support smart water conservancy construction.Using a visual and multi-modal large-scale model base,it constructs an industry-specific spatial governance model based on extensive mid-and high-level feature data.Specialized tools are used to fine-tune these models,enabling their application in various aspects of smart water conservancy,including river and lake management,rainwater monitoring,digital twin systems,water supply network monitoring,and dam safety monitoring.
