Construction Idea of Digital Twin Weihe River Basin

Abstract：In recent years,the Weihe River Basin has experienced severe floods in July 2021 and July 2023,posing unprecedented challenges to flood control operations and engineering safety.Currently,the main stream governance project of the Weihe River is progressing rapidly,but the information technology for flood control dispatching management remains relatively outdated,with significant room for improvement.Amidst the national push for digital twin water conservancy development,considering the current situation of the Weihe River Basin,we propose a forward-thinking approach to constructing a digital twin system tailored to the basin's needs.
