Study on the Impact of Water Environment during Operation of Qingyuan Pumped Storage Power Station in Zhejiang Province

Abstract：Pumped storage power station has a variety of functions such as peak shaving,valley filling,and energy storage,etc.It is the green,low-carbon,and clean power source with the most mature power system at present.In order to achieve the national goal of"carbon peak before 2030 and carbon neutrality before 2060",the constructions of pumped storage hydropower stations in China are acceleratin.Qingyuan pumped storage power station is included in China's"Medium and Long-term Development Plan of Pumped Storage(2021-2035)".By model construction and actual measurement of current water environment,the impact of water environment during the operation period of the Qingyuan pumped storage power station was studied and predicted,and the water environmental protection measures were proposed to provide support for the construction and stable operation of the project.
