Construction of Evaluation Index System of Integrated Watershed Management Based on Landscape Aesthetics

Abstract：With the improvement of economy,society and people's living standards,the contents and modes of river basin governance have become more diversified,and the traditional evaluation indicators of river basin governance can no longer fully cover and express their governance effects.In order to comprehensively,scientifically and reasonably reflect the effect of comprehensive watershed management,the evaluation indicators of watershed governance were screened from three aspects:watershed governance benefit,landscape function and landscape aesthetic quality,and an evaluation index system for comprehensive watershed management based on the theory of landscape aesthetics was constructed.Finally,five indicators were selected from the traditional watershed governance benefit,three indicators were screened from the landscape function,and one index was screened from the landscape aesthetic quality,and the evaluation index system based on the comprehensive management of the landscape aesthetic watershed was constructed according to the three levels of target layer,criterion layer and index layer.
