Research on Tunnel Surrounding Rock Support Parameters Based on the Nishihara Rheological Constructive Model

Abstract:In order to optimize the design of the anchor and shotcrete support scheme for the surrounding rock of the Rongjiang Guanbu Water Diversion Project tunnel, the Nishihara rheological model was introduced, and based on this,a Nishihara rheological analysis model was established under the strength criterion of the surrounding rock. The influence of the physical and mechanical characteristics of the anchor rod and the shape parameter characteristics on the stability of the surrounding rock was discussed. The elastic modulus parameters of anchor rods had little impact on the displacement, radial and tangential stresses of surrounding rock, and there was a wide selection range for the optimization design of elastic modulus parameters of anchor rods. The larger the diameter of the anchor rod,the earlier the displacement of the surrounding rock entered the stable period, and the lower the displacement of the surrounding rock, with the largest decrease in displacement within the range of 20-26mm of the anchor rod diameter. The diameter parameter of the anchor rod had a greater impact on the diameter and tangential stress of the surrounding rock than the elastic modulus parameter of the anchor rod.The development of radial stress was uneven within each range of the anchor rod diameter, but the relationship between tangential stress and the anchor rod diameter was relatively balanced and stable. The paper can provide reference for the design of surrounding rock support schemes and numerical calculation and analysis of surrounding rock rheology in hydraulic tunnels.
