Influence of Temperature on the Accuracy of Submersible Water Level Meter

Abstract：Xiaoshawan water plant is an important part of surface water supply project of the Yellow River,and also an inportant water sources of Zhunneng Group.The accurate data of water level has a great impact on the water intake work of pump station.Taking the float level meter as a reference,a comparative test of submersible water level meter was designed in this paper.Temperature,one the main factors affecting the precision of the sensor,was studied,and the relationship between temperature and indication error was summarized.The results showed that the influence of water temperature on the accuracy of the sensor was small at 10～18°C,and the accuracy of sensor accuracy decreased with the increase of water temperature at 18～25°C,while increased at 26～30°C.
