Abstract：Taking the operation and management of small reservoirs as examples,the current problems existing in the small reservoirs were put forward,the situations of operation and management of small reservoirs were analyzed.Based on the practice,the specific managerial measures and suggestions on strengthening the operation and management were put forward.It can provide a working idea for comprehensive strengthening operation and management of small reservoirs.
