Research on Water Ecological Civilization Construction Frame System of Binzhou City

Abstract：Binzhou city on the lower reaches of the Yellow River,located in the hinterland of the Yellow River Delta,and have coastal Yellow River diversion irrigation water network characteristic. Rely on leading multi-purpose use of Yellow River water,the water ecology civilization construction of Binzhou effect is distinct,but there exist many weak links. The current status and the main problems were analyzed,a series of measures about water ecological civilization construction were introduced,including water resource allocation system,water Environment protection system,water ecological resto-ration system,water industry development system and water culture system. The results have important reference value for creating water ecological civilization city.
