Status quo of Groundwater Development and Utilization in Haihe River Basin and its Management

Abstract：With the introduction of the status quo of groundwater development and utilization,both are analyzed of ground?water supply and use among recent years,and groundwater dynamics in plain area in the Haihe River Basin. Advice and suggestion are proposed in the jural,economical,and administrative aspects against the eco-environmental and manage?ment problems of basin groundwater.
