Abstract:Objective To explore the application effect of the combined intensive care and general ward cardiac rehabilitation management program in postoperative patients with type A aortic dissection. Methods A total of 120 patients with type A aortic dissection hospitalized for surgical treatment from January 2023 to December 2023 were selected. They were divided into the control group and intervention group, with 60 cases per group.Patients in the intervention group were managed by the combined intensive care and general ward cardiac rehabilitation management program. The 6-min walking distance(6MWT),left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),self-management ability(psychological state, social ability, cognitive function, lifestyle and treatment compliance),durations for staying in the intensive care unit(ICU),off-bed activities and postoperative hospitalization, and nursing satisfaction at discharge were compared. Results Compared with the control group, patients in the intervention group had significantly better 6MWT,LVEF,psychological state, cognitive function, lifestyle and treatment compliance, durations for staying in the ICU,off-bed activities and postoperative hospitalization, and nursing satisfaction at discharge(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined intensive care and general ward cardiac rehabilitation management program can promote the improvement of self-management ability, shorten rehabilitation time, improve heart function and increase nursing satisfaction in patients with type A aortic dissection after surgery, which is worthy of further clinical promotion and application.
