Abstract:Systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE)is an autoimmune disease involving multiple organ systems, characterized by multiple organ involvement, especially often leading to blood system damage.Platelet reduction is one of the common hematological initial symptoms of the disease. The pathogenesis of SLE with thrombocytopenia is complex, and clarifying the pathogenesis and timely effective intervention measures can effectively improve clinical efficacy and prognosis outcome. This article discusses the possible pathogenesis of SLE with thrombocytopenia based on immune disorders, megakaryocyte interference, genetic influences, secondary reduction due to pooled other diseases, platelet distribution factors, and other possible factors, with a view to providing a reference for further clarifying the relevant mechanisms of SLE with thrombocytopenia.
