Abstract:Objective To evaluate the intervention value of enhanced rehabilitation coordination mode combined with stepwise analgesia mode in patients after cholecystolithiasis surgery. Methods A total of 150 patients who underwent cholecystolithiasis surgery in our hospital from April 2022 to October 2023 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 75 patients in each group. The control group received stepwise analgesia mode, and the observation group received enhanced rehabilitation coordination mode combined with stepwise analgesia mode. The two groups were compared for pain degree,Generic Quality of Life Inventory-74(GQOLI-74),Herth Hope Index(HHI),and complications. Results After the surgery, the observation group had significantly lower numeric rating scale(NRS)score, significantly higher GQOLI-74 scores and HHI scores, and significantly lower overall incidence of complications than the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion Enhanced rehabilitation coordination mode combined with stepwise analgesia mode effectively relieves pain, improves the quality of life and hope level, avoids triggering resistance or negative emotions that could undermine rehabilitation outcomes.
