Abstract:Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of early rehabilitation strategy development in the long-term prognosis of sepsis. Methods A total of 80 sepsis patients admitted to the Intensive Care Unit(ICU)of Cangzhou People's Hospital, from August 2022 to August 2024 were selected. They were randomly divided into two groups, with 40 cases in each group.Patients in the control group received routine intervention, and those in the observation group implemented early rehabilitation strategies for intervention. The nutritional status, gastrointestinal function, immune function,long-term efficacy, and rehabilitation self-efficacy levels of the two groups were compared. Results After the intervention, the levels of serum prealbumin, serum transferrin and serum albumin in both groups were higher than those before the intervention, and the levels in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After the intervention, the indicators related to gastrointestinal function in both groups were lower than those before the intervention, and the levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After the intervention, the levels of CD3+and CD4+in both groups were higher than those before the intervention, and the level of CD8+was lower than that before the intervention. Moreover, the levels of CD3+and CD4+in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the level of CD8+was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After the intervention, the APACHE Ⅱ score and SOFA score in both groups were lower than those before the intervention, and the COOLI-74 score was higher than that before the intervention. Moreover, the APACHE Ⅱ score and SOFA score in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the COOLI-74 score was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After the intervention, the SER score in both groups was higher than that before the intervention, and the score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The development of early rehabilitation strategies for sepsis patients can effectively improve their gastrointestinal function, nutritional status, immune function,long-term efficacy, and rehabilitation self-efficacy,with significant effects.
