Abstract:Objective To explore the impacts of interventions based on the positive reinforcement theory combined with dynamic-static combination theory on functional recovery and kinesiophobia in patients with hip fractures. Methods From March 2023 to January 2024,54 patients with hip functional fractures were randomly assigned into the control group(intervention using the dynamic-static combination theory)and observation group(intervention using positive reinforcement theory combined with dynamic-static combination theory). The hip joint function, degree of kinesiophobia, ability of daily living, and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups. Results The Harris Hip Scale(HHS)score significantly increased in both groups after interventions, which was significantly higher in the observation group than the control group(P<0.05).The Visual Analog Scale(VAS)score significantly decreased in both groups after interventions, which was significantly lower in the observation group than the control group(P<0.05).The Tampa Scale of Kinesiophobia(TSK)score significantly decreased in both groups after interventions, which was significantly lower in the observation group than the control group(P<0.05).The Modified Barthel Index(MBI)significantly increased in both groups after interventions, which was significantly higher in the observation group than the control group(P<0.05).The Generalized Self-Efficacy Scale(GSES)significantly increased in both groups after interventions, which was significantly higher in the observation group than the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications was significantly lower in the observation group than the control group(3.70%vs 29.63%,P<0.05).Conclusion Interventions based on the combination of positive reinforcement theory and dynamic-static combination theory can effectively promote the functional recovery of hip fracture patients, alleviate kinesiophobia, improve the ability of daily living, and reduce the incidence of complications.
