Effect of daily rise pattern based on the comprehensive assessment of aging on psychological resilience in elderly patients with pulmonary infection

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of daily rise pattern based on the comprehensive assessment of aging on psychological resilience and satisfaction of elderly patients with pulmonary infection.Methods A total of 145 elderly patients(≥60 years old)with pulmonary infection from January 2023 to June 2024 were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group(n=72)and experimental group(n=73)according to the random number table method(RNTM).Patients in the control group were given to routine intervention,and those in the experimental group were managed by daily rise mode intervention based on the comprehensive evaluation of the elderly.Intervention satisfaction was compared between the two groups.Results The total Clinical Pulmonary Infection Score(CPIS)score in the experimental group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).The scores of dimensions of the tenacity,self-improvement and optimism in the Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale(CD-RISC)were score significantly higher in the experimental group than the control group(P<0.05).The Newcastle Satisfaction with Nursing Scales(NSNS)score was significantly higher in the experimental group than the control group(P<0.05).The scores of dimensions of physiological function,physiological function,physical pain,energy,social function,emotional function,mental health,overall health in the 36-item Short Form(SF-36)were significantly higher in the experimental group than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The daily rise model based on the comprehensive assessment of elderly people can help to accelerate the progress of pulmonary rehabilitation in elderly patients with pulmonary infection,and improve their psychological resilience and satisfaction.
