Application of positive suggestive language combined with detail management in operating room in patients undergoing laparoscopic ovarian cyst resection

Abstract：Objective To explore the application effect of positive suggestive language combined with detail management in operating room on patients undergoing laparoscopic ovarian cyst resection.Methods The clinical data of 53 patients with laparoscopic ovarian cyst resection(experimental group,received positive suggestion language and detail management in operating room)and 52 patients with laparoscopic ovarian cyst resection(routine group,received routine intervention),who visited our hospital from November 2022 to October 2023 were retrospectively analyzed.The surgical stress(heart rate[HR],diastolic blood pressure[DBP],systolic blood pressure[SBP]),postoperative rehabilitation status(first exhaust time,first ambulation time)and postoperative pain degree(Visual Analogue Scale[VAS])and psychological status(Self-rating Anxiety Scale[SAS],Self-rating Anxiety Scale[SDS])and quality of life(European Quality of Life Five-Dimensional Three-Level[EQ-5D-3L])before intervention and at 2 days after surgery were compared between groups.Results The fluctuations of HR,DBP and SBP in experimental group were significantly less than those in routine group,and the first exhaust time and first ambulation time were significantly shorter,and the VAS scores at 6 and 12 hours after surgery were significantly lower than those in routine group(all P＜0.05).At 2 days after surgery,the SAS score,SDS score and scores of dimensions of EQ-5D-5L in both groups were reduced compared with those before surgery,and the above scores in treatment group were lower than those in routine group(all P＜0.05).Conclusion Positive suggestion language combined with detail management in operating room can alleviate the psychological status of patients undergoing laparoscopic ovarian cyst resection,improve the surgical stress,promote the postoperative rehabilitation and improve the quality of life.
