Abstract:Objective To construct an omni-directional three-dimensional intervention plan based on the health concept for surgically treated patients with prostatic hyperplasia, and to analyze its application effect. Methods A total of 96 patients with prostatic hyperplasia treated from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the research objects.According to the different intervention programs, patients were divided into the control group(n=44)and study group(n=52).Patients in the control group were managed by a routine intervention plan, while those in the study group were intervened with an omni-directional three-dimensional intervention plan based on the health concept.Postoperative indicators, psychological situation,self-management ability, the International Prostate Symptom Score(IPSS),sleep quality, and the quality of life were compared. Results Postoperative indicators were significantly lower in the study group than the control group(P<0.05).After interventions, the Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS)score, the Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)score, the IPSS,and the score of sleep quality all significantly decreased, while scores of the self-care ability,self-responsibility,health knowledge and self-concept all significantly increased(P<0.05).After interventions, the scores of quality of life in both groups significantly increased, which were significantly higher in the study group than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The omni-directional three-dimensional intervention plan based on the health concept for surgically treated patients with prostatic hyperplasia can improve the sleep quality,self-management ability, and quality of life, and relieve negative emotions. It can be popularized in clinical application.
