Abstract:Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of electrocardiogram combined with miR-21,miR-133a and miR-150 in acute myocardial infarction(AMI).Methods A total of 40 AMI patients admitted from January 2023 to January 2024 were selected as the observation group, and 60 healthy subjects who underwent physical examination during the same period were selected as the control group.Electrocardiogram(ECG)parameters(QT dispersion[QTd])of the two groups were recorded.Peripheral miR-21,miR-133a and miR-150,myocardial injury markers(troponin[cTnI]and creatine kinase-MB[CK-MB]),and myocardial fibrosis markers(hyaluronic acid[HA],type Ⅲ procollagen[PC Ⅲ]and type Ⅲprocollagen aminoterminal peptide[P Ⅲ NP])were detected in both groups. Results The levels of muscle injury markers, myocardial fibrosis indexes,miRNA levels of miR-21,miR-133a and miR-150 and QTd in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),and miRNA levels of miR-21,miR-133a and miR-150 and QTd were significantly correlated with myocardial fibrosis indexes in the observation group(P<0.05).The sensitivity, specificity and area under the curve(AUC)of a combination of miR-21,miR-133a,miR-150 and QTd in predicting the AMI were significantly higher than those of a single indicator(P<0.05).Conclusion QT dispersion and peripheral miR-21,miR-133a and miR-150 are significantly higher in the AMI patients than healthy controls.Their combination shows a high diagnostic efficacy in AMI.MiRNAs serve as potential biological biomarkers to provide references for clinical diagnosis of AMI.QTd and peripheral miR-21,miR-133a and miR-150 are significantly correlated with the myocardial fibrosis indicators, and their detection serves as an effective measure to assess the disease progression of AMI deserved to be promoted in clinical settings.
