Abstract:Objective To construct a multi-dimensional intervention scheme for patients treated with endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography(ERCP)based on the comfort concept, and to analyze the application effect of this scheme. Methods A total of 200 patients who received ERCP surgery from January 2021 to December 2023 were selected as the study objects. They were divided into the multidimensional group(n=95,multi-dimensional intervention scheme),and control group(n=105,conventional intervention). The general data, perioperative stress level, mental resilience score, mental state score,self-perceived burden score, comfort, pain situation, health behavior score, quality of life score, compliance and satisfaction were compared. Results After interventions, the heart rate, emotional burden score, the Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS)score, comfort score, cortisol, financial burden score, mean arterial pressure, the Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)score, adrenocorticotropin, body burden score and pain situation score were significantly lower than those before interventions in both groups, while the exercise score, social function score, strength score,self-actualization score, role function score, optimism score, stress management score, fortitude score, motor function score, interpersonal score, nutrition score, digestive function score and health responsibility score were significantly higher(P<0.05).Compared to the control group,multi-dimensional comfort score, heart rate,SDS score, adrenocorticotropin, emotional burden score, cortisol,Low financial burden score, mean arterial pressure, physical burden score,SAS score, pain situation score, exercise score, social function score,self-actualization score, strength score, stress management score, role function score, high interpersonal relationship score, optimism score, nutrition score, motor function score, compliance rate, health responsibility score, tenacity score, total satisfaction score, digestive function score were significantly higher in the multidimensional group(P<0.05).Conclusion Based on the comfort concept, the multi-dimensional postoperative intervention scheme for ERCP patients is established by authoritative experts. It can meet the needs of postoperative intervention management of patients, improve the quality of life, comfort, negative emotions, psychological adaptability, compliance and satisfaction, and reduce postoperative pain.
