Abstract:Objective To investigate the correlation between the plasma expression of soluble endothelial cell protein C receptor(sEPCR),tissue factor positive microparticles(TF+MP)and D-dimer(D-D)with deep vein thrombosis(DVT)in patients underwent ovarian cancer. Methods One hundred and twenty-six patients underwent ovarian cancer admitted to the hospital from June 2021 to June 2023 were enrolled and assigned into DVT group and non-DVT group according to presence or absence DVT.Age,Tumor-Node-Metastasis(TNM)classification,tumor diameter, degree of tumor differentiation, tissue type,as well as Wells score, four items of coagulation,sEPCR,TF+MP and D-D expression 1 day before,1 day and 3 days after surgery were compared between groups. The correlation between plasma expression of sEPCR,TF+MP and D-D with Wells score were conducted by Pearson analysis.Receiver operating characteristic curve(ROC)and area under curve(AUC)were plotted to assess plasma sEPCR,TF+MP and D-D to predict the risk of DVT,and the net benefit of plasma sEPCR,TF+MP and D-D independent or combined models for predicting DVT were verified by decision curve analysis(DCA).Results The prothrombin time(PT),activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT),fibrinogen(FIB),thrombin time(TT),sEPCR,TF+MP,D-D expression and Wells scores in DVT group were significantly higher than those in non-DVT group at 1 and 3 days postoperatively(P<0.05).At 3 days postoperatively, the plasma expressions of sEPCR,TF+MP and D-D in DVT group were positively correlated with Wells scores(r=0.702,0.682,0.726,P<0.05).At 3 days postoperatively, the combination of plasma sEPCR,TF+MP,and D-D in predicting DVT had the best efficiency, with the AUC,sensitivity and specificity of 0.930,88.89%and 89.90%,respectively.When the threshold value of 0.1-1.0,the net benefit of combined models was superior to the independent models in predicting DVT at 3 days preoperatively. Conclusion The plasma sEPCR,TF+MP and D-D are highly expressed in patients underwent ovarian cancer with DVT,and the combined detection can help improve the prediction efficiency, with higher net benefit, which may be a scientific reference for differential diagnosis and treatment adjustment.
