Abstract:Objective To investigate the effects of evidence-based predictive nursing on immune function, mental state and self-efficacy in patients with gastric cancer. Methods A total of 90 patients with gastric cancer were selected and divided into the observation group and control group according to the principle of random number table, with 45 cases in each group.Routine nursing during symptomatic treatment was performed in both groups, and the evidence-based predictive nursing was additionally applied in the observation group.Immune function, psychological status,self-efficacy,and quality of life were compared. Results After 3 months of the intervention,CD4+,CD4+/CD8+and the General Self-Efficacy Scale(GSES)score in the observation group were significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).CD8+,the Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)score, the Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS)score, and the overall score and the dimension score of the Quality of Life Questionnaire--Stomach(QLQ-STO22)were all significantly lower in the observation group than the control group after 3 months of the intervention(P<0.05).Conclusion In gastric cancer patients, the application of intervention measures can improve the immune function,anxiety,depression,self-efficacy,and quality of life of patients, and it is worth promoting.
