Abstract:Objective To explore the construction and application of time node-oriented in-hospital rapid emergency mode in acute stroke patients. Methods A total of 90 acute stroke patients who received emergency treatment from January 2023 to December 2023 were retrospectively analyzed.Using the random number table, they were randomly divided into the control group and observation group, with 45 cases per group.Routine emergency intervention and time node-oriented rapid emergency mode were respectively conducted in the control group and the observation group, respectively. The time node of first aid was recorded. The neurological function, cognitive function, motor function, daily living ability, comatose status, quality of life and prognosis were evaluated. Results Compared with the control group, the working time of the observation group at each time node was significantly reduced(P<0.05).One week after the intervention and at discharge, the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)score in the observation group significantly decreased than that in the control group, while the Mini-Mental State Examination(MMSE)score, upper limb motor function, lower limb motor function,Barthel Index(BI),the Glasgow Coma Scale(GCS)score, and the score of quality of life score significantly increased(P<0.05).The number of patients with cerebral hernia, hemiplegia, and symptomatic cerebral hemorrhage in the observation group significantly decreased compared with the control group(P<0.05).The death number was less in the observation group than the control group, although there was no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion The time node-oriented in-hospital rapid emergency mode can significantly shorten the time from admission to the treatment of intravenous thrombolytic drugs, and optimize the rescue process in acute stroke patients, resulting in an earlier rescue and better recovery of body functions.
