Abstract:Objective To study the effect of the risk early warning management in nursing pediatric bronchial pneumonia. Methods Eighty-seven cases of pediatric bronchial pneumonia admitted to our hospital from January 2024 to May 2024 were enrolled. The patients were randomly numbered using Excel spreadsheets, and those were randomly assigned to the control group(n=44,received routine clinical nursing)and observation group(n=43,received the risk early warning management-based nursing)according to(odd numbers and even numbers. The hospitalization time, disappearance time of various symptoms, pulmonary function indexes, nursing quality, complications, and nursing satisfaction of the families between groups were included as comparators. Results The hospitalization stay and symptom disappearance time(cough, lung rales, and sputum)were significantly shorter in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention, the levels of forced vital capacity(FVC),forced expiratory volume in the first second(FEV1),and peak expiratory flow(PFE)in the both groups were significantly higher than those before intervention, which were significantly pronounced in observation group(P<0.05).The nursing safety behavior(management traceability, the establishment, prediction and analysis of risk file)scores were significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(2.33%vs 18.18%,P<0.05).The satisfaction score in the observation group was significantly higher compare with the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of risk early warning management in nursing pediatric bronchial pneumonia can improve lung function and reduce complications, shorten hospitalization stay and symptoms disappearance time, and improve nursing quality and nursing satisfaction of the patients' families.
