Effect of knowledge-attitude-practice rehabilitation nursing model on coping style and functional rehabilitation status of patients hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage patients

Abstract：Objective To analyze the effect of knowledge-attitude-practice(KAP)rehabilitation nursing model on coping style and functional rehabilitation of patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage(HCH).Methods Sixty-eight patients with HCH admitted to our hospital from January 2022 to January 2024 were selected by convenient sampling method,they were grouped into the control group(n=34,routine rehabilitation nursing)and the study group(n=34,KAP rehabilitation nursing model)according to computer random number table method.The level of KAP,coping style,rehabilitation self-efficacy and functional rehabilitation were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the KAP level of patients in the study was significantly higher than that of the control group([63.09±8.77]points vs[56.07±8.68]points,P＜0.05).The negative coping score of the medical coping modes questionnaire(MCMQ)in the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group,while the positive coping score was significantly higher(P＜0.05).The Self-Efficacy for Rehabilitation Outcome Scale(SER)score in the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group([82.44±10.27]points vs[75.40±10.04]points,P＜0.05).The Fugl-Meyer Assessment(FMA)score of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group([65.26±7.57]points vs[59.66±6.77]points,P＜0.05).Conclusion The application of the KAP rehabilitation nursing model can achieve satisfactory results in patients with HCH,which can help to enhance the level of KAP,improve the coping style and rehabilitation SER of patients,with a good functional rehabilitation.
