Abstract:Objective To explore the effects of systemic intervention on cardiac function and quality of life in patients with acute myocardial infarction. Methods A total of 92 patients with acute myocardial infarction admitted between October 2021 and October 2023 were selected, and divided into the control group(n=46)and observation group(n=46).Conventional nursing and systematic intervention were conducted in the control group and observation group, respectively.Symptoms of angina, cardiac function, quality of life, rehabilitation condition, adverse cardiovascular events, incidence of recurrent myocardial infarction, and complications were compared between groups. Results Restriction of physical activity, frequency of heart attacks, and stable status at 1 month of discharge were significantly improved in the observation group than the control group(P<0.05).Left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),stroke volume(SV)and troponin T(cTnT)were significantly higher in the observation group than the control group(P<0.05).The physical function, emotional function, social function and overall health scores in the observation group were significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).Bed rest time, pain disappearance time and length of stay were significantly shorter in the observation group than the control group(P<0.05).The incidences of adverse cardiovascular events and recurrent myocardial infarction were significantly lower in the observation group than the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications was significantly lower in the observation group than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Systemic intervention can significantly improve the cardiac function, and the quality of life of patients with acute myocardial infarction, which deserves to be improved.
