Abstract:Objective To analyze the effects of continuous interventions based on the timeliness incentive mode on limb function and daily activity ability of elderly stroke patients with hemiplegia. Methods Convenience sampling method was adopted to select 78 elderly stroke patients with hemiplegia from the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi Medical University from November 2021 to November 2023.Using the random number table method, they were randomly divided into the control group(n=39,conventional continuous interventions)and study group(n=39,continuous interventions based on the timeliness incentive mode). The compliance behavior, limb function, electromyography and activities of daily living between the two groups were compared. Results After interventions, the score of stroke rehabilitation exercise compliance scale was significantly higher in the study group than that of the control group(P<0.05).The Fugl-Meyer Assessment(FMA)score was significantly higher in the study group than that of the control group(P<0.05).In the study group, the maximum amplitude of an H-wave,M-wave and Hmax/Mmax in the lower extremities were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The Barthel index was significantly higher in the study group than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Continuous interventions based on the timeliness incentive mode can achieve satisfactory results in elderly stroke patients with hemiplegia, which is helpful to improve the compliance behavior and limb function, and can also promote the recovery of EMG of lower extremities on the affected side, further improving their ability of daily living and worthy of promotion.
