A study on the interventional effect of local oxygen therapy and silver ion dressing combined with vacuum sealing drainage on improving refractory stress injuries

Abstract：Objective To explore the intervention effect of local oxygen therapy and silver ion dressing combined with vacuum sealing drainage(VSD)on the treatment of refractory stress injuries.Methods A total of 100 patients with refractory stress injuries admitted to Nanjing Drum Tower Hospital Group Suqian Hospital from August 2021 to December 2023 were enrolled.They were randomly divided into two groups,with 50 patients per group.Patients in the control group were treated with local irrigation using saline and iodoform gauze dressing combined with VSD,and those in the observation group were treated with local oxygen therapy and silver ion dressing combined with VSD.Clinical efficacy,inflammatory factors,wound healing rate,wound bacterial clearance rate,oxygen partial pressure of exudate,time of exudate reduction,time of scabbing,time of trauma healing,and wound healing were compared between groups.Results Compare with the control group(70.00％),the total effective rate of observation group(96.00％)was significantly higher(P＜0.05).Inflammatory factor levels were significantly reduced in both groups,which were significantly lower in the observation group than the control group(P＜0.05).Compare with those of the control group,the wound healing rate,wound bacterial clearance rate and exudate oxygen partial pressure in the observation group were significantly higher(P＜0.05).Compared with those of the control group,the wound healing time,exudate reduction time and crusting time of the observation group were significantly shorter(P＜0.05).The Pressure Ulcer Scale for Healing(PUSH)scores were significantly reduced in both groups,which were significantly lower in the observation group than the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion The application of local oxygen therapy and silver ion dressing combined with VSD treatment in patients with refractory stress injuries can reduce the levels of inflammatory factors,shorten the healing time,and improve the wound healing,with a remarkable effect.
