Abstract:Objective To explore the application effect of the nutritionist-based"Internet+"whole-process nutrition management on postoperative colorectal cancer patients. Methods A total of 100 colorectal cancer patients admitted from January 2022 to December 2022 were included. They were randomly divided into the control and observation groups, with 50 colorectal cancer patients in each group. The control group adopted routine diet management, and the observation group adopted the nutritionist-based"Internet plus"whole-process nutrition management. The subjective overall nutrition, nutrition status, nutrition cognition, complication, and intervention satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results Compared with those before intervention, the Patient-Generated Subjective Global Assessment(PG-SGA)scores were significantly decreased in both groups after intervention, which were significantly lower in the observation group than the control group.Compared with that before intervention, the nutritional status was significantly increased after intervention in both groups, which was significantly higher in the observation group than the control group(P<0.05).Compared with those before intervention, the scores of the Knowledge,Attitude and Practices(KAP)were significantly increased in both groups after intervention, which were significantly higher in the observation group than the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications was significantly lower in the observation group than the control group(6.00%vs 26.00%)(P<0.05).Compared to the control group, the intervention satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher(96.00%vs 80.00%,P<0.05).Conclusion The nutritionist-based"Internet+"whole-process nutrition management for postoperative colorectal cancer patients can effectively improve the nutritional status, speed up postoperative rehabilitation, and effectively enhance the satisfaction with intervention.
