Abstract:Objective To explore the effects of targeted interventions based on the feedforward control on liver fibrosis indicators and liver function in patients with liver cirrhosis. Methods A total of 100 patients with liver cirrhosis admitted from August 2019 to June 2023 were selected. They were randomly divided into the control group(routine interventions)and observation group(targeted interventions based on the feedforward control),with 50 cases per group. The liver fibrosis indicators and liver function before and after the intervention were compared between the two groups.Serum inflammatory factor levels were observed. The quality of life and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results After the intervention, serum levels of procollagen Ⅲ peptide(P Ⅲ P),collagen type Ⅳ(C Ⅳ),hyaluronic acid(HA),and laminin(LN)were significantly reduced in both groups, which were significantly lower in the observation group than the control group(P<0.05).After the intervention, liver function improved significantly in both groups, with the observation group showing more significant improvement(P<0.05).After the intervention, tumor necrosis factor alpha(TNF-α),interleukin-6(IL-6)and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)were significantly reduced in both groups, which were significantly lower in the observation group than the control group(P<O.05).The quality of life and nursing satisfaction in the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Targeted interventions based on the feedforward control can improve liver fibrosis indicators and liver function in patients with liver cirrhosis, greatly enhancing their quality of life and satisfaction.
