Abstract:Objective To analyze the effect of predictive early warning intervention program combined with self-positive bias training on the incidence of lower limb venous thrombosis in patients with hip fractures. Methods A total of 184 cases of hip fractures admitted to our hospital from June 2021 to June 2023 were randomly divided into the control group(92 cases, routine intervention combined with self-positive bias training)and the experimental group(92 cases, predictive early warning intervention program combined with self-positive bias training).Lower extremity venous thrombosis, fracture healing, length of stay, hip function, mental resilience,self-efficacy and satisfaction were evaluated and compared between the two groups. Results Compared with the control group, patients in the experimental group had significantly lower incidence of venous thrombosis, shorter time to fracture healing and length of stay, and higher overall satisfaction(P<0.05).After intervention, deformities, pain degree, joint function, joint movement, toughness, optimism, strength and the General Self-Efficacy Scale(GSES)scores significantly increased in both groups, which were significantly higher in the experimental group than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The intervention of predictive early warning intervention program combined with self-positive bias training decreases the incidence of lower limb vein thrombosis, shortens fracture healing time, and improves hip joint function, mental resilience and self-efficacy.
