Effects of remote rehabilitation based on environmental assessment on limb function and quality of life in patients with cerebral infarction hemiplegia

Abstract:Objective To analyze the effects of remote rehabilitation based on environmental assessment on limb function and quality of life of patients with cerebral infarction hemiplegia.Methods Eighty patients with cerebral infarction hemiplegia treated in the General Hospital of Western Theater Command PLA from October 2021 to October 2023 were selected and divided into control group(n=40)and study group(n=40)according to stratified sampling method.Patients in the control group were given routine telephone guidance,and those in the study group were given remote rehabilitation based on environmental assessment.The clinical indexes of the two groups were compared.Results After the intervention,the limb motor function,self-management behavior,quality of life score and total satisfaction rate of the study group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the NIHSS score and negative emotion score of the study group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of remote rehabilitation based on environmental assessment in the intervention of patients with cerebral infarction hemiplegia can improve the motor function of limbs,quality of life,and the self-management ability to a certain extent,thus promoting the recovery.
