Abstract:Objective To explore the effects of enhanced recovery after surgery(ERAS)combined with psychological intervention on postoperative rehabilitation indexes and negative emotions of patients undergoing hepatobiliary surgery. Methods A total of 116 patients receiving hepatobiliary surgery in our Hospital from March 2022 to March 2023 were included. They were randomly divided into the observation group and control group by the random ball touch method, with 58 cases per group.Patients in the control group were given perioperative routine intervention, and those in the observation group were given perioperative ERAS combined with psychological intervention.Postoperative rehabilitation indexes,World Health Organization Quality of Life Scale(WHOQOL-100)score,the Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)score, the Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS)score,C-reactive protein(CRP),cortisol(Cor)levels and incidence of adverse events were compared between the two groups. Results Compared with the control group, the anal exhaust time, the postoperative defecation time, the first time to get out of bed and the hospital stay in the observation group were significantly shorter(P<0.05).Compared to the control group, the physiological dimension score, psychological dimension score points),independence dimension score points),social relation dimension score points),environmental dimension score and spiritual/religious belief dimension score in WHOQOL-100 of the observation group after intervention were significantly increased(P<0.05).Compared with the control group, the SAS score and SDS score of the observation group after intervention were significantly lower(P<0.05).Compared with control group,CRP level and Cor level nmol/L)were significantly lower in the observation group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group, the total complication rate in the observation group was significantly lower(P<0.05).Conclusion ERAS combined with psychological intervention can promote postoperative rehabilitation, improve quality of life and negative emotions, reduces stress response, and reduce the incidence of complications in patients with hepatobiliary surgery.
