Abstract:Objective To analyze the effect of goal-oriented progressive rehabilitation intervention on the psychological status and quality of life of diabetic patients. Methods In this study, totally 92 diabetic patients from January 2022 to January 2024 were selected and randomly divided into control group and intervention group using a random number table, with 46 patients in each group.Routine intervention was adopted in the control group, and a goal-oriented progressive rehabilitation intervention was performed in the intervention group.Fasting blood glucose(FPG),2-hour postprandial blood glucose(2hPG),glycated hemoglobin(HbA1C),malondialdehyde(MDA),and superoxide dismutase(SOD)levels were detected.A self-made self-care ability assessment scale was conducted to assess the self-care ability. The Patient Health Questionnaire-9(PHQ-9)and the General Anxiety Disorder-7(GAD-7)scoring scales were used to assess the depression and anxiety status, respectively. The 36-Item Short-Form Health Survey(SF-36)scale was used to assess the quality of daily life. Results Significantly lower FPG,2hPG,HbA1C,MDA and PHQ-9 and GAD-7 scores, and higher self-care ability score,SOD and SF-36 score were detected in the intervention group than those of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Goal-oriented progressive rehabilitation intervention can inhibit blood glucose level and oxidative stress state,as well as improve negative mood,self-care ability, and the quality of life in diabetic patients.
