Abstract:Objective To analyze the effect of multi-dimensional collaborative nursing based on evidence-based medicine on the rehabilitation of patients with urinary incontinence after prostatectomy. Methods A total of 80 patients with urinary incontinence after prostatectomy in our hospital from June 2022 to December 2023 were selected and included, and they were divided into the observation group(40 cases using multi-dimensional collaborative nursing based on evidence-based medicine)and the control group(40 cases using routine urinary incontinence nursing)according to a random number table. The International Prostate Symptom Score(IPSS)and International Consultation on Incontinence Questionnaire-Urinary Incontinence Short Form(ICI-Q-SF)Score were recorded. The urination conditions of the two groups were observed, and the scores of Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS),Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),Incontinence Quality Of Life(I-QOL)and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were counted. Results After intervention,IPSS and ICI Q-SF scores significantly decreased compared with those before intervention, which were significantly lower in the observation group than the control group(P<0.05).In terms of various urination conditions, patients in the observation group had less urination volume, daily leakage times and daily urination times, and faster recovery of urination control(P<0.05).The SDS and SAS scores after intervention were significantly lower than those before intervention, which were significantly lower in the observation group than the control group(P<0.05).After intervention, the scores of social activity restriction, behavioral restriction and psychological impact of the two groups significantly increased compared with those before intervention, which were significantly higher in the observation group than the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of observation group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Multi-dimensional collaborative nursing based on evidence-based medicine can effectively improve the symptoms, degree of incontinence and urination function, relieve bad mood, and enhance quality of life, nursing satisfaction, and recovery of patients with urinary incontinence after prostatectomy.
