The implementation effect of multidisciplinary network management model under the commission on accreditation of rehabilitation facilities concept in stroke patients

Abstract：Objective To explore the implementation effect of the multidisciplinary network management model under the concept of the commission on accreditation of rehabilitation facilities(CARF)in stroke patients.Methods A total of 84 first-time stroke patients admitted to Affiliated Nantong Hospital of Shanghai University from January 2022 to October 2023 were included,and divided into experimental group(42 cases)and control group(42 cases)by a random drawing method.Routine management was performed in the control group,and a multidisciplinary collaborative network management mode under the CARF concept was adopted in the observation group.Physical function rehabilitation,happiness and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results Before the intervention,there were no significant differences in the scores of ADL(Activities of Daily Life),limb function and happiness between the two groups(P＞0.05).After 12 weeks of a continuous intervention,all indicators in the two groups were significantly improved compared with before,and the scores of ADL,motor function and happiness(positive emotion and positive experience dimension)in the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group.The score of happiness(negative emotion and negative experience dimension)was significantly lower than that of control group(P＜0.05).The satisfaction score of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion The multidisciplinary network management model under the CARF concept improves the rehabilitation process by carrying out orderly,individualized,humanistic and phased rehabilitation training plans,which helps improve ADL,limb function recovery and nursing satisfaction.
