Abstract:Objective To analyze the prognostic value of coronary artery CT angiography in coronary heart disease patients undergoing intravenous infusions. Methods A total of 1647 coronary heart disease patients treated in Jiangsu Province(Suqian)People's Hospital from January 2022 to June 2023 were selected. The coronary angiography(CAG)results were used as the gold standard to evaluate the degree of coronary artery stenosis, there were 771 mild,522 moderate and 354 severe cases. The degree of coronary artery stenosis was examined. The correlation of severity and prognosis of coronary heart disease with indicators of coronary artery CT angiography was analyzed.Prognosis factors of coronary heart disease patients with intravenous infusions were analyzed by the multivariate regression analysis, and their predictive value was verified by plotting the receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve. Results CAG showed 771 cases of mild coronary artery stenosis,522 cases of moderate coronary artery stenosis and 354 cases of severe coronary artery stenosis.Coronary CT angiography detected 700 cases of mild coronary artery stenosis,503 cases of moderate coronary artery stenosis and 444 cases of severe coronary artery stenosis.Compared with mild patients, moderate and severe patients had significantly higher calcification score, plaque volume, plaque load, stenosis degree and reconstruction index(P<0.05).Compared with moderate patients, severe patients had significantly higher calcification score, plaque volume, plaque load, stenosis degree and reconstruction index(P<0.05).Compared with patients without cardiac events, patients with cardiac events had significantly higher calcification score, plaque volume, plaque load, stenosis degree and reconstruction index(P<0.05).Correlation analysis showed that calcification score, plaque volume, plaque load, stenosis degree and reconstruction index were positively correlated with the prognosis of coronary heart disease(P<0.05).Logistic regression model showed that calcification score, plaque volume, plaque load, stenosis degree and reconstruction index were the risk factors for cardiac events in coronary heart disease patients undergoing intravenous infusions(P<0.05).ROC analysis showed that coronary CT angiography had a high predictive value in adverse prognosis of coronary heart disease patients undergoing intravenous infusions(P<0.05).Conclusion Coronary CT angiography plays an important role in the prognosis evaluation of coronary heart disease patients undergoing intravenous infusions, with a high clinical predictive value.
