Abstract:Objective To explore the influencing factors for the prognosis of minimally invasive surgery of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage(HICH)with the FDFN(For the doctors For the nurses)operation frame, thus improving the prognosis. Methods A total of 188 HICH patients treated with minimally invasive surgery using the FDFN operation frame were retrospectively collected from the Tangshan Gongren Hospital from January 2018 to August 2022.Patients were classified into good prognosis and poor prognosis groups based on their Glasgow Coma Scale(GCS)score at 6 months after the surgery. The general data on admission, laboratory tests, and clinical efficacy data of the two groups were compared.Multivariate logistic regression was used to analyze the independent risk factors for the prognosis, and a prediction model was created. Results Univariate analysis showed that age, body mass index,GCS score, hemorrhage site, hematoma morphology, rupture into the ventricle,tracheotomy,ventilator-assisted ventilation, creatinine, albumin, time with tracheal intubation, and postoperative rebleeding significantly influenced the prognosis of HICH(P<0.05).Multivariate logistic regression showed that age(OR=1.118,P<0.001),GCS score(OR=4.277,P=0.005),hematoma morphology(OR=3.131,P=0.010),and postoperative rebleeding(OR=35.405,P=0.005)were independent risk factors for the prognosis. The area under the curve(AUC)of the logistic regression curve was 0.871,with a high predictive efficacy(P<0.001).Conclusion Age,GCS score, hematoma morphology, and postoperative rebleeding are independent risk factors for the prognosis of HICH treated by minimally invasive surgery using the FDFN operation frame, and the prediction model has a strong predictive ability.
