Quality management in severe patients receiving intravenous infusion

Abstract：Objective To study the value of different management modes in severe patients.receiving intravenous infusion.Methods A total of 168 severe patients receiving intravenous infusion who visited our hospital from January 2021 to January 2023 were divided into routine group(routine management,n=84)and quality management group(quality management intervention,n=84).The changes in life attitude,negative emotions,sleep quality,quality of life and satisfaction were compared before and after management between groups.Results Compared with the routine group,the quality management group had significantly improved the scores of 36-item Short Form Health Survey(SF-36)and Herth Hope Index(HHI),and significantly decreased the scores of Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI),self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),self-rating depression scale(SDS)and Mental Fatigue Scale into a Chinese version(CMFS)score(all P＜0.05).Conclusion Quality management has a good effective in severe patients receiving intravenous infusion,and the nursing satisfaction is very high,and which can improve their negative mood,with an ideal effect.
