The impact of standard system multi-dimensional nursing combined with behavioral transformation theory-based nursing on the quality of life and cardiac function of myocardial infarction patients

Abstract：Objective To evaluate the impact of standard system multi-dimensional nursing combined with behavioral transformation theory-based nursing on quality of life and cardiac function in patients with myocardial infarction(MI).Methods Ninty MI patients who visited from March 2022 to August 2023 were divided into behavioral transformation group(behavioral transformation theory-based nursing,n=45)and multidimensional combination group(standard system multi-dimensional nursing combined with behavioral transformation theory-based nursing,n=45)by a random number table.The changes in heart function,blood rheology,myocardial injury markers,daily life including barthel index,Activities of Daily Living(ADL)score,sleep quality including Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)score,compliance and satisfaction scores were compared between groups before intervention and intervention.Results The multidimensional combination group had significantly decreased left ventricular end-systolic dimension(LVESD),left ventricular end-diastolic diameter(LVEDD),whole blood viscosity(WBV),high-shear WBV and low-shear WBV,myoglobin(MYO),creatine kinase(CK),aspartate aminotransferase(AST),PSQI score,and significantly increased left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)level,ADL score,barthel index,compliance,satisfaction than the behavioral transformation group(all P＜0.05).Conclusion The implementation of standard system multi-dimensional nursing combined with behavioral transformation theory-based nursing can effectively improve the cardiac function and quality of life of MI patients.
