Abstract:Objective To analyze the effect of refined nutrition management on patients with colorectal cancer. Methods A total of 92 patients with postoperative colorectal cancer treated in our hospital from March 2021 to December 2022 were selected as research objects. They were randomly divided into group A(conventional nutrition management)and group B(refined nutrition management),and the effects of the two groups were compared. Results After management, nutrition indexes of group B,including the albumin([40.32±4.23]g/L),prealbumin([0.27±0.05]g/L),transferrin([2.85±0.44]g/L),and the Nutrition Risk Screening 2002 score(NRS2002,[1.26±0.64]points)were significantly better than those of group A(P<0.05).After management, gastrointestinal function recovery indexes of group B,including the firstfeedingtime([18.52±3.45]h),firstexhausttime([39.26±5.74]h),firstdefecationtime([64.52±4.65]h),and bowel sound recovery time([39.41±2.56]h)were significantly better than those of group A(P<0.05).After management, immune function indexes of group B,including the immunoglobulin A(IgA)([2.13±0.35]g/L),IgG([10.58±1.65]g/L),IgM([1.06±0.32]g/L),CD4+([41.23±5.43]%),CD8+([22.62±4.32]%),and CD4+/CD8+([1.69±0.15])were significantly better than those of group A(P<0.05).After management, the quality of life scores of group B,including the scores of physical function([84.62±4.23]points),social function([84.79±5.23]points),emotional function([84.15±4.56]points),vitality([84.35±3.56]points),physiological function([84.57±3.62]points),psychological function([84.26±5.37]points),and mental state([84.46±3.25]points)were significantly better than those of group A(P<0.05).The complication rate of group B was significantly lower than that of group A(2.17%vs 15.22%,χ2=4.928,P=0.026).Nursing satisfaction of group B was significantly higher than that of group A(95.65%vs 76.09%,χ2 = 5.059,P= 0.024).Conclusion Refined nutrition management can improve gastrointestinal and immune function, nutritional status and quality of life in colorectal cancer patients, and effectively prevent postoperative complications, which is widely recognized by patients.
