The clinical value of color Doppler ultrasound in diagnosis and differential diagnosis of abdominal pain in children

Abstract：Objective To investigate the clinical value of color Doppler ultrasound in diagnosis and differential diagnosis of abdominal pain in children,Methods One hundred children patients with abdominal pain were enrolled in the study,who were examined by color Doppler ultrasound and X-ray, then the examination results and clinical pathological examination results were statistically analyzed. Results The accuracy of color Doppler ultrasound examination was significantly higher than that of X-ray (P ＜0. 01), and the misdiagnosis rate was significantly lower than that of X-ray. Moreover the accuracy by pathological examination was 100% (100/100),which was 97. 00% (97/100) by color Doppler ultrasound examination (χ2=3. 403,P=0. 031). Conclusion Color Doppler ultrasound has higher clinical diagnostic value and differential diagnosis value in pediatric abdominal pain,and the inspection is simple and convenient,and the detection rate is higher and the inspection fee is less,therefor, it is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
