Effects of ossotide injection combined with early training on fracture recovery time and wrist joints function of patients with fracture of proximal wrist joint of radius

Abstract：Objective To investigate the effects of ossotide injection combined with early training on fracture recovery time and wrist joints function of patients with fracture of proximal wrist joint of radius.Methods Eighty-eight patients with stable fracture of proximal wrist joint of radius who were admitted and treated in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,with 44 patients in each group.The patients in control group were treated by diclofenac diethylamine emulsion,ultrashort wave treatment instrument and early rehabilitation training,however,the patients in experimental group,on the basis of control group,were treated by ossotide injection,with a treatment course of 2 weeks for both groups.After treatment,the indexes related with erythrocyte,bone metabolism and inflammatory factors,the recovery time of fracture of wrist joint and wrist joint function as well as the curative effects were observed and compared between two groups.Results As compared with those before treatment,the angles of dorsiflexion,palm flexion,radial angle,pronation and supination were increased in both groups,and the serum levels of EAI and EEI were decreased,however the levels of PEER and DTER as well as the serum levels of ALP,ACP,PICP,BGP,IL-2 were increased,but serum levels of CRP,IL-6,TNF-α were decreased in both groups (P ＜ 0.05).As compared with those in control group,the angles of dorsiflexion,palm flexion,radial angle,pronation and supination in experimental group were higher,the serum levels of EAI and EEI were lower,levels of PEER and DTER were higher,and the serum levels of ALP,ACP,PICP,BGP IL-2 were higher,moreover the serum levels of CRP,IL-6,TNF-αin experimental group were significantly lower than those in control group (P ＜ 0.05).The excellent and good rate in control group was 72.73％,which was significantly lower than that (90.91％) in experiemental group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion The ossotide injection combined with early training can promote fracture healing of fracture of proximal wrist joint of radius and can improve wrist joint function.
