Comparative analysis of rhGH and DHEA assisted double stimulation in treatment of ovarian reserve hypofunction
Abstract：Obiective To investigate the application value of recombinant human growth hormone (rhGH) assisted double stimulation in treatment of ovarian reserve hypofunction. Methods A total of 120 patients with ovarian reserve hypofunction who were treated in our hospital were randomly divided into research group (n=60) and control group (n=60).The patients in research group were treated by rhGH assisted double stimulation,however, the patients in control group were treated by dehydroepiandrosterone(DHEA) assisted double stimulation. The changes of cleavage rate related with pregnancy outcomes, excellent embryo rate, fertilization rate, pregnancy rate, abortion rate, hormone levels including estradiol (E2), follicle stimulating hormone (FSH), luteinizing hormone (LH), testosterone (T),changes of blood flow indexes of uterus and ovary and adverse reactions were observed and compared between two groups.Results After treatment the cleavage rate and excellent embryo rate, fertilization rate and pregnancy rate in research group were 95%, 56.67%, 60%,58.33%, respectively,which were superior to those in control group that were 86. 67%, 43. 33%, 46. 67%, 45.00%,respectively (P<0.05),however,the abortion rate(16.67%) in research group was significantly lower than that (28.33%) in observe group (P<0.05). After treatment the levels of E2, FSH, LH were significantly improved,and the levels of E2, FSH and LH in research group were superior to those in control group (P <0.05), however there were no significant differences in T levels between two group(P>0.05). After treatment the arterial peak systolic blood flow velocity (PSV),pulsatility index (PI),resistance index (RI) of uterus and bilateral ovaries were improved in both groups,and the improvement degree in research group was superior to that in control group(P<0.05).In addition the adverse reaction rate in research group was 5%,which was significantly lower than that(13.33%) in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion RhGH assisted double stimulation treatment can effectively improve ovarian function of patients with ovarian reserve hypofunction, increase success rate,improve blood flow indexes of uterus and ovary,reduce incidence rate of adverse reactions,thus,which is worthy of clinical application and popularization.
