Study of the clinical significance of Truscreen combined with human papillomavirus detection in screening of cervical cancer
Abstract：Objective To investigate the clinical significance of cervical cancer screening system (Truscreen,TS) combined with human papillomavirus(HPV) detection in screening of cervical cancer.Methods A total of 198 patients were examined simultaneously by TS and HPV,in whom,23 patients with abnormal cervical lesions were diagnosed pathologically. Taking pathological examination result as a golden standard to compare the diagnose accordance rate of TS or HPV and TS+HPV.Results There was no significant difference in the diagnose accordance rate between simple TS and simple HPV(P>0.05).However the diagnose accordance rate by TS+HPV was significantly highe than that by simple TS or simple HPV (P<0.05).Conclusion The combination detection of TS and HPV can improve detective rate of cervical cancer,and can early detect precancerous lesion.
