Therapeutic effects of Danhong injection under ultrasonic guidance on arteriosclerosis obliterans of lower extremities and its influence on the prognosis quality of patients
Abstract:Objective To observe the therapeutic effects of Danhong injection under ultrasonic guidance on arteriosclerosis obliterans of lower extremities and its influence on the prognosis quality of patients. Methods A total of 106 patients with arteriosclerosis obliterans of lower extremities who were admitted and treated in our hospital from February 2014 to November 2016 were randomly divided into control group and study group, with 53 patients in each group. The patients in control group were treated by routine surgery, however, the patients in study group,on the basis of control group, were treated by Danhong injection under ultrasonic guidance. Results Before treatment there were no significant differences in blood viscosity, plasma viscosity, erythrocyte sedimentation rate and fibrinogen levels between two groups (P >0. 05). After treatment these indexes mentioned above in study group were superior to those in control group(P<0.05). Before treatment there were no significant differences in scores of clinical symptoms and signs between two groups(P>0.05),after treatment the scores in stdy group were superior to those in control group (P <0.05). Before treatment there were no significant differences in blood lipid levels between two groups (P >0.05),after treatment the levels of total cholesterol,low-density lipoprotein and high-density lipoprotein were improved at some extent in both groups, however, which in study group were significantly lower than those in control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Danhong injection under ultrasonic guidance in treatment of arteriosclerosis obliterans of lower extremities can obviously improve patient's clinical symptoms and signs, and can reduce vessel wall resistance, recover normal blood flow level, with ideal and safe therapeutic effects.
