Effects of fasudil combined with Danshen on stress status of patients with arteriosclerosis obliterans of lower extremity
Abstract:Objective To investigate the effects of fasudil combined with Danshen on stress status of patients with arteriosclerosis obliterans(ASO) of lower extremity. Methods A total of 160 patients with arteriosclerosis obliterans of lower extremity who were treated in our hospital from January 2014 to December 2016 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, with 80 patients in each group,at the same time, the other 80 healthy subjects were served as normal control group. The patients in control group were given Danshen injection 20ml in 5% glucose injection 500ml by intravenous infusion, once a day for 2 weeks, however, the patients in experimental group,on the basis of control group, were given fasudil 30mg in 0.9% sodium chloride solution 100ml by intravenous infusion, once at an interval of 8 hours, for 2 weeks. The clinical effects, the drug related adverse effects, and the levels of MDA,SOD,TRX,MPO,IL-8,IL-6,and CRP were observed and compared among the three groups. Results The clinical curative effects and improvement of symptoms in experimental group were superior to those in control group (P <0.05). However there were no significant differences in incidence rates of adverse effects between experimental group and control group(P>0.05).Moreover there were significant difference in some oxidative stress indexes and inflammatory factors between experimental group and normal control group(P<0.05). After treatment, the oxidative stress indexes and inflammatory factors were improved in experimental group and control group,as compared with those before treatment (P<0.05),moreover,the improvement degree in experimental group was more significant than that in control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The obvious stress status exists in patients with ASO,and fasudil combined with Danshen can effectively relieve the stress status of patients, which has better therapeutic effects on ASO.
