Clinical analysis of amiodarone combined with atenolol in treatment of coronary heart disease complicated by arrhythmia
Abstract:Objective To investigate the therapeutic effects of amiodarone combined with atenolol in treatment of coronary heart disease complicated by arrhythmia. Methods A total of 200 patients with coronary heart disease complicated by arrhythmia who were admitted and treated in our hospital from February 2015 to January 2017 were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 100 patients in each group. The patients in observation group were treated by amiodarone combined with atenolol, however, the patients in control group were treated by amiodarone only. The total effective rate, serum levels of CD40L,TNF-α and IL-6,blood pressure, heart rate and incidence rate of adverse reactions were observed and compared between two groups. Results The total effective rate was 92% in observation group, which was 78% in control group, there was a significant difference beween two groups (P<0.05).Before treatment there were no significant differences in serum levels of CD40L,TNF-α and IL-6 between two groups(P <0.05), however, after treatment the serum levels of CD40L,TNF-α and IL-6 in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05). After treatment the blood pressure and heart rate were significantly decreased in both groups, as compared with those before treatment (P<0.05). Among 100 patients in observation group,6 patients had adverse reactions, with incidence rate of adverse reactions being 6%,however, the 28 patients in control group had adverse reactions, with incidence rate of adverse reactions being 28%,there was a significant difference between tow groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The amiodarone combined with atenolol has obvious therapeutic effects on coronary heart disease complicated by arrhythmia, and the therapeutic effects are superior to those of conventional treatment, therefor, which is worth researching and using further.
