The clinical value of AsAb, EmAb, AcAb,AoAb and ToxAb in serum and endometrium of patients with infertile

Abstract：Objective To detect the levels of anti-sperm antibody (AsAb),endomentrial antibody (EmAb),anti-ovarian antibody (AoAb),anti-cardiophospholipid antibody (AcAb) and toxoplasmosis antibody (ToxAb) in serum and endometrium of women patients with infertility in order to provide basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment of female infertility.Methods Sixty patients with female infertility were enrolled in the study.The five immune indexes of serum and endometrium including AsAb,EmAb,AcAb,AoAb and ToxAb were detected by gold standard detection and ELISA kit,then the detection results were statistically analyzed.Results The detection rates of the five indexes in patients with female infertility were significantly higher than those in control group,moreover,the levels of the five indexes in serum and endometrium of patients were increased at different extent.The positive AsAb was more common in patients with primary infertility,and positive EmAb was more common in patients with secondary infertility,furthermore,positive AcAb and positive ToxAb were more common in patients with recurrent spontaneous abortion.Conclusion Immune factors are the main factors of female infertility,therefor,which are of great significance in clinical diagnosis and treatment.
